One of the best wide angle lenses ever made. This lens is almost as sharp as a prime lens throughout it’s zoom range.
The mark 2, released in 2012, includes a number of nice tweaks and improvements on the mark 1, further improving the optical quality.
For use on cameras such as the Canon C300 and Canon 5D Mk II the shots produced are outstanding.
